  1. 1 Preheat oven to 180C line 20cm square tin
  2. 2 Melt butter in saucepan
  3. 3 Stir in brown sugar off heat
  4. 4 Beat in eggs one at a time
  5. 5 Add vanilla
  6. 6 Fold in flour baking powder and salt
  7. 7 Fold in white chocolate chips
  8. 8 Pour into tin spread evenly
  9. 9 Bake 22-25 mins until top is golden and set but middle still slightly wobbly
  10. 10 Cool completely in tin before cutting
  11. 11 Cut into squares serve
