📝 Instructions

  1. 1 Pulse flours baking powder and salt in food processor
  2. 2 Add cold cubed butter and pulse until like breadcrumbs
  3. 3 Add sugar and milk pulse until dough comes together
  4. 4 Wrap and chill 20 mins
  5. 5 Preheat oven to 180C
  6. 6 Roll out to 3mm thickness
  7. 7 Cut into 7cm rounds
  8. 8 Prick all over with a fork
  9. 9 Bake 12-14 mins until golden
  10. 10 Cool on wire rack — they crisp as they cool
  11. 11 Store in airtight tin up to 2 weeks
