📝 Instructions

1 Preheat oven to 175C and grease 2x18cm tins
2 Mix flour cocoa sugar baking powder and salt
3 Whisk eggs oil and vanilla
4 Pour wet into dry and mix until smooth
5 Carefully stir in boiling water — batter will be thin
6 Divide between tins
7 Bake 28-30 mins until skewer comes out clean
8 Cool completely in tins
9 Heat cream until steaming and pour over chopped chocolate
10 Stir until smooth ganache
11 Sandwich and top cakes with ganache
