  1. 1 Preheat oven to 200C flour a baking tray
  2. 2 Mix rye flour plain flour bicarb and salt in bowl
  3. 3 Stir in most seeds and oats
  4. 4 Mix treacle into buttermilk
  5. 5 Pour into flour mix stir until shaggy dough
  6. 6 Turn onto floured surface shape into round
  7. 7 Score deep X on top
  8. 8 Scatter remaining seeds on top
  9. 9 Bake 35-40 mins until hollow when tapped underneath
  10. 10 Cool on rack before slicing
  11. 11 Best day of baking
