  2. 2 Mix flour baking powder and salt
  3. 3 Whisk eggs oil milk sugar and vanilla
  4. 4 Pour wet into dry and fold until just combined
  5. 5 Gently fold in raspberries trying not to burst them
  6. 6 Divide evenly into muffin cases
  7. 7 Top each with an extra raspberry
  8. 8 Bake 18-20 mins until risen and golden
  9. 9 Cool 5 mins before eating
