  3. 3 Cover with cling film and leave at room temperature 12-18 hours
  4. 4 Next morning preheat oven to 230C with a cast iron pot inside
  5. 5 Turn dough onto floured surface, fold into a ball
  6. 6 Place in hot pot, cover, bake 30 mins
  7. 7 Remove lid, bake 15 more mins until crust is dark golden
  8. 8 Cool on a wire rack for 30 mins before slicing
