  3. 3 Remove tough stems and tear into large pieces
  4. 4 Massage leaves with olive oil until well coated

  6. 6 Spread in a single layer on baking trays
  7. 7 Bake 12-15 mins until crisp but not brown
  8. 8 Check at 10 mins they burn quickly
  9. 9 Cool 2 mins and serve immediately
