  1. 1 Add walnuts and oats to food processor and pulse until crumbly
  2. 2 Add pitted dates cocoa powder vanilla and salt
  3. 3 Blend until the mixture clumps together when pressed
  4. 4 If too dry add 1-2 tsp water
  5. 5 Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls
  6. 6 Place on a lined tray
  7. 7 Refrigerate 30 mins to firm up
  8. 8 Store in the fridge up to 2 weeks
