📝 Instructions

1 Preheat oven to 175C and grease a 900g loaf tin
2 Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy
3 Beat in eggs one at a time
4 Fold in flour and baking powder alternating with the coffee liquid
5 Pour into tin
6 Bake 35-40 mins until skewer comes out clean
7 Cool in tin 10 mins then turn out
8 Mix icing sugar with milk and remaining coffee to make icing
9 Drizzle over cooled cake
