📝 Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 190C and grease a 20cm tin
  2. 2 Mix flour and yogurt to form a soft dough
  3. 3 Turn onto floured surface and knead 2 mins until smooth
  4. 4 Roll into a 35x25cm rectangle
  5. 5 Spread with softened butter
  6. 6 Mix brown sugar and cinnamon and scatter over butter
  7. 7 Roll tightly from the long edge
  8. 8 Cut into 12 rounds
  9. 9 Arrange cut-side up in tin
  10. 10 Bake 18-20 mins until golden
  11. 11 Mix icing sugar with milk to make glaze and drizzle over
