  1. 1 Mix oats cocoa vanilla and salt in a bowl
  2. 2 Add peanut butter and honey
  3. 3 Stir until fully combined — mixture should hold together when pressed
  4. 4 If too crumbly add extra honey 1 tsp at a time
  5. 5 Spread desiccated coconut on a plate
  6. 6 Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls
  7. 7 Roll balls in coconut to coat
  8. 8 Place on a lined tray
  9. 9 Refrigerate 20 mins to firm
  10. 10 Store in the fridge up to 10 days
