1 Preheat oven to 200C
2 Rub butter into flour until breadcrumbs
3 Stir in cheese paprika and mustard
4 Beat egg with water
5 Add to flour mix to form dough
6 Roll 5mm thick
7 Cut into 1cm strips
8 Twist each strip and place on lined tray
9 Bake 12-15 mins until golden
10 Cool on rack
