  1. 1 Preheat oven to 180C
  2. 2 Line 20cm square tin
  3. 3 Melt chocolate and butter together
  4. 4 Cool 5 mins
  5. 5 Beat in sugar eggs and vanilla
  6. 6 Fold in flour cocoa and salt
  7. 7 Pour into tin
  8. 8 Bake 22-25 mins (top should be set edges cracked centre slightly soft)
  9. 9 Cool completely in tin
  10. 10 Cut into squares
