📝 Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 180C and grease a 20cm square tin
  2. 2 Mash bananas very well until smooth
  3. 3 Stir in peanut butter honey vanilla and cinnamon
  4. 4 Fold in oats and raisins if using
  5. 5 Press firmly into tin in an even layer
  6. 6 Bake 18-20 mins until golden at edges and set
  7. 7 Score into 12 bars while warm
  8. 8 Cool completely in tin before removing
  9. 9 Store in the fridge up to 5 days
