  3. 3 Dip tofu: flour, milk, breadcrumbs
  4. 4 Shallow fry in oil 3-4 mins per side until golden crispy
  5. 5 For sauce: fry onion 5 mins, add garlic and curry powder
  6. 6 Cook spices 2 mins, add coconut milk, stock, soy sauce
  7. 7 Simmer 10 mins until thickened
  8. 8 Cook rice per packet
  9. 9 Slice crispy tofu
  10. 10 Serve tofu over rice, pour curry sauce over
