  2. 2 Slice tops off peppers, remove seeds
  3. 3 Brown mince with diced onion and garlic
  4. 4 Add tomatoes and simmer 5 mins until thick
  5. 5 Stir in cooked rice, season well
  6. 6 Stuff peppers generously with the mince mixture
  7. 7 Place in baking dish, top with grated cheese
  8. 8 Bake 30-35 mins until peppers are tender and cheese is golden
