  3. 3 Add garlic and all spices, cook 2 mins
  4. 4 Pour in tomatoes, bring to simmer 5 mins
  5. 5 Add drained beans, stir
  6. 6 Make 6 wells in the sauce with a spoon
  7. 7 Crack an egg into each well
  8. 8 Cover and cook 8-10 mins until whites are set, yolks still runny
  9. 9 Serve with crusty bread
