1. 1 Boil potatoes until tender, drain and mash with butter and milk
2. 2 Brown lamb with onion, breaking up chunks
3. 3 Add diced carrots, cook 5 mins
4. 4 Stir in flour, then tomato puree and stock
5. 5 Simmer 15 mins, add peas
6. 6 Pour into baking dish
7. 7 Top with mash, smooth and score
8. 8 Bake 25 mins until golden
9. 9 Rest 5 mins before serving
