📝 Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 200C
  2. 2 Brown sausages, remove and slice into rounds
  3. 3 Melt butter, fry onion and mushrooms 6-7 mins
  4. 4 Add garlic and thyme, cook 1 min
  5. 5 Stir in flour, cook 1 min
  6. 6 Gradually add stock, stirring until thickened
  7. 7 Add Worcestershire sauce and sausage
  8. 8 Season and pour into pie dish
  9. 9 Top with pastry, trim and crimp edges
  10. 10 Brush with beaten egg
  11. 11 Bake 30-35 mins until puffed and golden
