📝 Instructions

1 Preheat oven to 200C
2 Brown sausages, remove and slice into rounds
3 Melt butter, fry onion and mushrooms 6-7 mins
4 Add garlic and thyme, cook 1 min
5 Stir in flour, cook 1 min
6 Gradually add stock, stirring until thickened
7 Add Worcestershire sauce and sausage
8 Season and pour into pie dish
9 Top with pastry, trim and crimp edges
10 Brush with beaten egg
11 Bake 30-35 mins until puffed and golden
