📝 Instructions

  1. 1 Cook pork mince in a hot wok until browned and crispy, set aside
  2. 2 Scramble eggs in the same wok, break into small pieces
  3. 3 Add garlic and frozen peas, cook 2 mins
  4. 4 Add cold rice and stir-fry on high heat until heated through
  5. 5 Return pork, add soy sauce and sesame oil
  6. 6 Toss everything together
  7. 7 Top with sliced spring onions
