  1. 1 Season chicken with paprika, salt, pepper
  2. 2 Brown chicken in oil 4 mins per side, remove
  3. 3 Soften onion in same pan 5 mins
  4. 4 Add garlic, cook 1 min
  5. 5 Stir in rice, tomatoes, and stock
  6. 6 Return chicken to pan
  7. 7 Cover and simmer 25 mins until rice is tender and chicken cooked
  8. 8 Rest 5 mins before serving
