  1. 1 Cook rice per packet
  2. 2 Dice chicken, toss with 1 tbsp soy sauce and cornflour
  3. 3 Mix remaining soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil for sauce
  4. 4 Heat oil in wok over high heat
  5. 5 Stir-fry chicken 4-5 mins until golden
  6. 6 Add garlic and dried chillies, fry 30 secs
  7. 7 Pour in sauce and toss until sticky
  8. 8 Add peanuts and spring onions
  9. 9 Toss 1 min
  10. 10 Serve over rice
