📝 Instructions

1 Slice chicken into strips, season well
2 Cook tagliatelle per packet, reserve some pasta water
3 Brown chicken in butter 5-6 mins, remove
4 Slice leeks, cook in same pan 8 mins until soft and sweet
5 Add garlic and thyme, cook 1 min
6 Add stock and cream, bring to simmer
7 Return chicken, simmer 5 mins
8 Toss in drained pasta, add pasta water if needed
9 Finish with lemon juice and parmesan
