  3. 3 Add garlic, cook 2 mins
  4. 4 Pour in red wine, reduce by half
  5. 5 Add tomatoes, stock, thyme, and beef
  6. 6 Bring to simmer, cover, cook 60-90 mins until beef pulls apart
  7. 7 Shred beef with two forks in the sauce
  8. 8 Cook pappardelle per packet
  9. 9 Toss pasta with ragu, serve with parmesan
