1. 1 Preheat oven to 200C
2. 2 Pierce potatoes all over with a fork
3. 3 Bake 45-50 mins until crispy outside and fluffy inside
4. 4 Drain tuna and sweetcorn
5. 5 Mix with mayo, sliced spring onions, and pepper
6. 6 Cut a cross in each potato and squeeze open
7. 7 Add a knob of butter
8. 8 Pile tuna filling generously
9. 9 Top with grated cheese
10. 10 Return to oven 3-5 mins to melt cheese
