1 Remove sausage from casings crumble into hot pot
2 Brown over high heat 5 mins
3 Add onion soften 4 mins
4 Add garlic fennel seeds and chilli
5 Add tomatoes beans and stock
6 Bring to boil simmer 15 mins
7 Tear kale and add to pot
8 Cook 5 more mins until kale tender
9 Season and serve with crusty bread
