  1. 1 Bring water to simmer with dashi powder
  2. 2 Soak wakame in cold water 5 mins drain
  3. 3 Dice tofu into small cubes
  4. 4 Slice spring onions
  5. 5 Add tofu to simmering broth
  6. 6 Cook 3 mins
  7. 7 Dissolve miso paste in a ladle of hot broth then stir back in
  8. 8 Do not boil after adding miso
  9. 9 Add wakame and spring onions
  10. 10 Serve immediately
