📝 Instructions

  1. 1 Tear bread into rough chunks
  2. 2 Toast in oven at 180C for 5 mins until lightly golden
  3. 3 Chop tomatoes into chunks, saving all juices
  4. 4 Dice cucumber and thinly slice red onion
  5. 5 Whisk olive oil and vinegar together
  6. 6 Combine bread, tomatoes and their juices, cucumber, and onion
  7. 7 Pour dressing over and toss well
  8. 8 Let sit 10 mins so bread soaks up flavours
  9. 9 Tear basil over the top and add capers
  10. 10 Season and serve
