  2. 2 Roast at 200C for 12 mins until tender
  3. 3 Slice halloumi into thick slabs
  4. 4 Griddle or pan-fry halloumi 2 mins per side until golden
  5. 5 Warm wraps
  6. 6 Layer roasted veg, halloumi, and rocket
  7. 7 Drizzle with sweet chilli sauce and lemon juice
  8. 8 Roll tightly and serve
