📝 Instructions

1 Dice potatoes and onion
2 Chop and fry bacon until crispy remove set aside
3 Melt butter in same pot
4 Soften onion 5 mins
5 Add garlic and flour stir 1 min
6 Gradually add stock stirring
7 Add potatoes and corn bring to boil
8 Simmer 15 mins until potatoes tender
9 Stir in cream
10 Season and top with crispy bacon
